WaterTAP Ontario, the Centre for Alternative Water Treatment (CAWT) at Fleming College and the Southern Ontario Water Consortium (SOWC) were recently in India tocollaborate on the launch of the ReserWater Innovation Foundation (RWIF) project and grow Ontario’s global water presence. CAWT and SOWC signed MOUs with the RWIF project, in New Delhi, aimed at bringing significant change in the water sector within India and globally.
The RWIF is a collaborative effort of ETI Dynamics and Vittal Innovation City (EMPI Innovation Park) and will be structured as a not-for-profit. The Southern Ontario Water Consortium (SOWC) and ETI Dynamics have signed a MOU that will create opportunities for collaboration benefiting this project and increasing Ontario’s international water presence.
SOWC is establishing the world’s first watershed scale platform for the research, development and demonstration of water solutions and technologies in Ontario, Canada. The RWIF will benefit from SOWC’s experience in developing this unique platform for water technology.
The SOWC is working in collaboration with ETI Dynamics to share expertise in the development of both Water Innovation Clusters, in particular regarding the development of open data access architecture for water.
