Zero Cost, Maximum Impact: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Certificate Program

A program for Southern Ontario companies in the areas of inclusion, diversity, equity and inclusion for water industry leaders and employees.

In collaboration with CCDI Consulting Inc., OWC is offering water industry business leaders, board members and employees the opportunity to complete the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Training and Certificate Program, providing comprehensive gender, equity, diversity, and inclusion training.

Registration is free of charge and is limited to 2 interested company representatives.

The event will be held virtually. By the end of the program, participants will be eligible to receive the EDI Program Certificate and also will be able to:

• Differentiate between representation and diversity, and between equity, equality and inclusion.
• Understand how their own dimensions of diversity impact their worldview and workplace behaviors.
• Reflect on the diversity in Canada compared to the diversity in the labor force.
• Describe the business case for developing a work culture that values inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility.
